Switched to GMail

I have finally switched over to using GMail as my primary email client. GMail gives you the ability to pick-up POP3 mail from other mail servers. The other services, (Yahoo, MSN, etc) normally charge you a yearly fee for this. So now, I am able to keep my durnellcentral [dot] com email address, but use GMail as the “viewer”.  GMail also gives you the ability to choose what email address you want your replies to come from.

The way GMail groups the sets of replies on emails together (called conversations) is awesome. Add in the fact that it has a built in Virus Scanner, Spam protection, and all the Ajax calls, and you’ve got one slick interface.
